It is one of the most essential elements to taking pictures. It can either make or break a photo. Entire books could be, and have been, written on the subject. As an introduction to composition, this article aims to give an overview of the main points on how to compose photos and improve your photography.

What is your subject?
The most important part of composition is having a clearly defined subject. Decide what the photo is about and hone in on that. It may be a single person in a crowd, or an abandoned house sitting in a rustic landscape. Whatever you decide to make the subject of your photo, decide how to emphasize it and go from there. Choose whether to include other elements in an image based on weather they say something about your subject or not. For example, you may wish to include that huge tree standing near your abandoned house to give scale to the image. On the other hand, you might decide to leave it out if you want the house to appear larger. What you leave out of an image is as important as what you include.

Rule of Thirds
Firstly, what is it? Using the rule of thirds means to divide the scene into thirds horizontally and vertically, so you have an imaginary 9 square grid, and place your subject along one of these lines. Generally this produces a composition that is more pleasing to the eye. Some photographers stick religiously to this rule and others intentionally break it every time they take a photo. Me? I'm somewhere in the middle. I believe that there are times when the rule works best and other times when it leaves the image looking a little bland. So my advice on this is learn the rule and practice with it, but also practice breaking it.

Get creative
Being a travel photographer, I often end up in places that have been photographed before. In fact, in this age of high volume digital photography, it is nearly impossible to find a subject that hasn't been covered comprehensively. This presents a challenge: to come up with a new take on an old subject. To make your images stand out you need to do something different. Often this means looking for different angles. Something new and fresh. This might mean getting down on the ground for a low viewpoint, or tilting your camera on an angle to create a new perspective. Whatever your tactics, always strive to do something that hasn't been done. One of my favorite methods is to look at pictures others have taken of your subject before you shoot and think what the opposite viewpoint would be.

Composition can be a simple task. But is essential to understand what makes a good composition rise above a bad one. Like with everything else, the more you practice the easier it will come to you. Eventually it will become so ingrained that you will do it without realizing you are doing it. It is simply a matter of experimenting and finding what works for you.

In the new World of Warcraft expansion pack, The Burning Crusade, players are able to choose from two new races. One of those new races is the blue-skinned Draenei, magic users of the highest caliber.

The Draenei are a race for the Alliance, pitting themselves against the merciless Horde. They are an ancient race, their origins dating back almost twenty five thousand years. They are derived from the Eredar, whom Sargeras coveted because of their powerful magic abilities.

Having been tempted by his offer to join his demonic horde, the leaders of the Eredar refused this destroyer of worlds. Sargeras was too powerful to face directly in open battle so those not willing to throw their lives away and join him were given the chance to go into exile. They renamed themselves the Draenei.

The Alliance race Draenei were chased and hunted for many thousands of years by the Legion. Hiding in their refuge far from their homeland, they were attacked by the orcs. The mighty demon lord that hunted them corrupted the orcs and made them fight the Draenei. This horde became his instrument of revenge and torture.

In the game of WOW: Burning Crusade, the Alliance race Draenei has six classes available to them. First is the Warrior, a primary melee combatant. The warrior is the tank of the party, the one able to withstand the most punishment and can also deal out a great amount of pain to the enemy.

Next is the Paladin, a warrior for good that also has some minor healing ability. This class can back up the Warrior in hand-to-hand fighting or heal and protect everyone in the party.

Another class is called the Hunter. The Hunter attacks foes from a distance using a variety of long range weapons like bows or black powder instruments. They are woodsmen and gatherers. Hunters have a huge advantage over other fighters by inflicting damage from far away.

The next class available to Draenei players is the Priest. Priests are very important for any party because of their powerful ability to heal and resurrect fallen warriors. All Shook Up tickets will bring together two loyal fan bases for one intriguing show. The play is based upon a work by William Shakespeare and features the music of Elvis Presley. The original show ran at the Palace Theatre in 2005, and thespians filled the venue for over 200 performances. The producers are now sending the production on tour for runs in more than 30 American cities in the fall of 2006.

About the Story

The play is loosely based on Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, and it is set in a small Midwestern town in 1955. The entire plot takes place within 24 hours, and features two main characters: Natalie, a small-town girl with big dreams, and Chad, an ultra-cool rebel drifter who arrives in the town because his motorcycle needs repair.

The plot tells the story of how Chad is in love with one thing above all else - rock and roll. The fictional town in which he stops frowns upon such 'dangerous' music, but Chad's influence even within 24 hours manages to change the town's attitude forever.

Natalie has always wanted to escape from her hometown, and she is immediately smitten with Chad as the 'mysterious' newcomer. Chad is unlike any of the boys in the town, and Natalie is attracted to the apparent dark side in his persona.

Natalie crosses paths with Chad because she is the mechanic assigned to work on Chad's bike. She overhears Chad talking while she's at work, and she hears him talk about how he has been with many women during his time. However, Chad is not looking for companionship from women, and he states clearly that he prefers the company of men when he travels.

Natalie decides to dress as a man before she meets Chad, and she calls herself 'Ed.' Natalie goes as far as smearing oil on her face to complete her look, and she works on befriending Chad as a comrade in both motorcycles and rock and roll.

Ed, the fictional male character, is thought to be Nick Adams, who was a close friend of both Presley and Wood.

Some people loves to see horror movies and many amongst them loves horror movies in different style and the people who do not like horror may be because of you will be very terrified after watching it and have trouble sleeping. I am also the one who always have trouble sleeping after watch a horror movie but still love to see them (must be a good one). So I am writing this article about what a good horror movie should be like. I have to tell that I am not a horror movie critic expert but I have seen almost ten thousand of horror movie, so here is the guideline based on my own opinion.

Ghost is the legend of horror movie, do not separate them.

I think that this is the first rule of thumb. There are many style of horror movie that made from different plot stories. A lot of horror movie producer may try to produce many style of movie, sometime they do not have ghost in their movie. If they miss this rules you are able to know exactly what is going to happened throughout the movie and this is kind of boring. But if they have ghosts in the movie watcher will always have questions about the movie and this is the critical point to judge whether the movie fail or success. The good example of this kind of movie in my opinion are The Blair Witch Project and The Sixth Sense.

Simplicity is the king.

I have seen many of horror movie try to create the story plot to be very mysterious and complicated by use many of characters and tricks. I'd like to tell you that the selling point and main objective of horror movie is to make people fun by being terrified not to get them deep down to very complicated quiz. So the good horror movie should stick with that rule and should focus on special effects and plot of story. However, effects, sometimes less is more when it comes to the horror movie there should not be loads of special effect to make people feel terrified but they can use sounds and visualization to make the movie exciting and scary.

Gory or Scary : Don't be confused

Some movies has nothing but only bloodbath scene, full of guts spread around, vomiting and tons of decapitation. Wait wait wait, don't be confused. If you think that these thing will make you feel terrified, you are completely wrong. These bloody scenes do not generate fear, they do generate disgust. If you are looking for a good horror to make you feel fear and scare, make sure that you do not choose the movie that has loads of these disgusting scene.

The mystery of costume.

This is quite difficult and not practical to explain and you may think that it may not important.
It may a bit hard for you know which movie you which style of costume for characters, but one thing is for sure that using flashy and dirty ragged costume, especially for ghosts may help on inspire fear but should not be overwhelm by them.

Mankind is now able to fly! During the last century, many new airplanes and engines have been developed and today people have even gone to such an extent of flying planes for fun. These are commonly known as RC airplanes, Building and flying an RC airplane is now a very popular pass time and you will realize that theres never gonna be an easier time to just get started.
